Overview
ZULX operates as a men’s wear manufacturing and wholesale supply brand. All orders are processed based on confirmed specifications, quantities, and pricing. Due to the nature of bulk manufacturing and wholesale transactions, returns and refunds are governed by the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns will be considered only under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defects or quality issues confirmed by our team
- Incorrect product supplied compared to the approved order
- Damage during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
All return requests must be supported with clear images or videos for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Bulk orders approved after sampling or confirmation
- Orders delayed due to incorrect delivery details provided by the buyer
- Minor color or design variations due to fabric or dyeing processes
Return Process
To initiate a return request, please contact us through our official communication channels within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or adjusted against future orders, as mutually agreed.
Shipping & Handling
Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or error from our side. ZULX is not responsible for products damaged or lost during return transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible cases, subject to stock availability and order agreement. Exchange terms will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are not accepted once production has started or the order has been dispatched. Any cancellation request before production commencement will be evaluated individually.
